You can place orders whenever you want for these items and we will do our best to fulfill as fast as we can, so you can start browsing what’s new over coffee during those precious moments when your little ones are still asleep or you are just relaxing.
Will my package be charged customs and import charges?

You may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charge on a package must be paid by the person receiving the package (this also applies to retail & wholesale customers). WoofTheDog Shop has no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

What if my order arrives incomplete, damaged, or defective?

We don't expect this to happen, but if it does happen, please contact us right away at info@woofthedog.com, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

How long does it take to receive my order?

The delivery time varies from country to country which can take from 7 to 30 days approximately.

What is your returning Policy?

It applies to fault products only and all returns must be made within 14 days after the product delivery date. All returned products must be unused (e.g., not worn, washed, damaged, or altered) and returned in accordance with the instructions received from contacting customer service as per the Site. You are solely responsible for the cost of shipping the returned product. All products not returned in accordance with the Return Procedures shall be sent back to you, and no credit or refund will be issued. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
